The stained glass is beautiful, Susan. Thanks for sharing your SNOW, too. If you run out of snow early I'll send you some of mine; it will be in my yard until June at this rate.

Your outside looks like our outside! LOL! Wish I could view ours through such a gorgeous stained glass window, though...

Hey Susan I love these photos. they're so relevant to your style and eye - I see these colors in your work quite a lot. I suspect that the blizzard that just pulled out of the Midwest will be paying you a visit. I went out to take some photos and some houses had drifts up to the eaves. in downtown South Milwaukee storefronts had completely disappeared behind drifts. I've never seen anything like this! we had gale force winds and 18" of snow. but hey, Punxsatawney Phil didn't see his shadow so I'm still holding out hope for an early spring. thanks for your comments re: my photos. I know I don't usually write a lot, that's something I need to work on. just when I'm feeling like it's a lost cause and I contemplate hanging it up a friend comes along and lifts me up with honest and thoughtful critique. I love that. thank you very much Susan because coming from Tula's mom it means a LOT. I contribute knowing what little I do know about myself and the craft to one thing - age. when I have more time and room I'll expound more on what happened to make me set aside my photography aspirations - there's a story there!
the paths we take are long and winding but I believe they ultimately lead us to ourselves. have a beautiful day and keep Tula Dot and Princess very very close.

These are all great shots and my favorite is the first one. It is nice to see winter photos when it is so hot and humid here.

I'm glad to see color edging out the black and white!

More snow for new england! You are definitely getting your share this year - I keep seeing all these incredibly beautiful photos of mounds and mounds of snow and thinking "how lucky" and the reminding myself that actually living amongst constant blizzards must be quite annoying. Hope you have a lovely and warm weekend.
