Favorite of the Week

Linking with "through a photographer's eyes" for this week's favorite photo photo challenge.  Click through to see a variety of stunning shots.

I was lucky enough to be selected as top 5 last week.....thank you.  Appreciate the nod on my mostly orange sky photo.  This week, strangely enough my photo is again mostly one color...just saying, that's not my usual style, just happenstance.

I am NOT a gardener, though I appreciate the efforts of others.  I feel lucky that my peony plant has decided to reward me with beautiful blooms this year.  I had to go right out and start taking photos as soon as the blossoms opened.  Is this pink or what?

That peony is dizzyingly, dazzlingly, dangerously pink!! And absolutely glorious! I think this beautiful plant is showing its appreciation for your gardening efforts, and encouraging you to do more of it. And I, as a true fan of both flowers and of your flower photos especially, second that! :-)

Congratulations on your gorgeous sunset photo making the Top 5 in the contest! Well-deserved! (I was going to enter my "Gladys Knight and the Pips" photo, but saw that I missed the deadline by several days. Bummer!)

That is a beautiful color! Peonies are so soft and lovely. Your pic almost makes it look like a lotus blossom.

So stunning! Peonies is a flower that I don't yet have in my garden...they're so beautiful I may just have to find a place for one!

what sync. I just came in from checking out my backyard scene. the peony I planted 2 years ago has 5 flowers, but - NO fragrance. I was robbed. yours is super duper I tell you because that's a most unique shade of pink. does it have that awesome peony fragrance? and you got some rain drops too. you are most deserved of the top five honor for last week - I'm going to check out that site. always looking to expand that box a bit.
everyone is a gardener - it's a gift you simply haven't yet realized, but it will come...

Gorgeous peony. Fabulous photo. This might be one of the years my peonies decide not to bloom, so at least I've seen this one.
