Texture Tuesday

Linking up with Kim Klassen for Texture Tuesday.....take a peek through.

kimklassencafe

Today I used two textures, "just cause" and "ugglove black and white".  Quite honestly, I chose just cause because of the subject I chose to texture-the irreverence of it all.  As for the other texture-I kind of chose it for the same reason, but it worked out pretty cool I think.  I wonder, and that is a problem of mine that I wonder too much, if it's ugg love or is it ug glove.  I suppose I could wonder about that for hours and it wouldn't make a difference.  I shall wonder about something else.

I went looking for a red subject vowing it would not be a flower, not that there's anything wrong with that.  For me, when I use textures I almost always chose a flower, so I was branching out a bit, pardon the pun.  Hope you like.  It has made me hungry.

Great photo, Susan....ummmm, it does look yummy, too. Are those sweet potatoe fries?

Looks like sweet potato fries to me, too. Just found myself wandering around the kitchen thinking about cooking a sweet potato for my supper.
Whatever you did to the photo, you made it yummy. (And I was thinking ugg love, never even thought of ug glove. Interesting.)

you've made me hungry. that looks delicious. I've been watching Chopped lately and it's sort of like that - leaves me wanting more. I'd settle for the pickle. and it's 10 p.m.
I'll be back when I have more time. happy week to you.

What a great (and unique shot) it almost made me want a burger (and that's coming from dedicated red meat avoider.)

Oh, that looks fantastic! What a great idea Susan! And I love your processing! Now I'm hungry...

My eye is drawn directly to that red tomato - and I'm not sure why, maybe because they are blurred (textured), but the other colors in the background feel very soothing to me.... or maybe it's just because I had my lunch and I am full - smile

Great texture work -- it is nice to see a non-flower now and then. That does look delicious!

Probably my favorite meal. Good thing textures don't add calories.

Great shot! Yes, it does make one hungry...even though I don't like tomatoes, they always look appetizing...hmmm. Nice use of the textures too.
