Scav de Scavenger

Linking with Ashley for this week's Scavenger Hunt Sunday.

Glory be, I finally am able to get Ashley's button to work.  Bless my heart.  It was a little blogger quirk thing I had to figure my way around.

Beach Walk 250/365
Beach Walk 250/365
Perspective:  I love low POV.  A lot.  This is a selfie and it's a blessing there weren't people on the beach.  I was bent over all funny taking snaps of my sneaks...."alert the authorities"....

Into the Woods
Into the Woods
Golden:  A nice path thru the woods and near tidal waters where Tula and I enjoy taking a walk.

Side Garden Tulips
Side Garden Tulips
Bloom:  Not my garden.  I enjoy stealing (photographic) flowers from OPG.  That's other people's gardens.  No weeding, cutting back, or dead heading involved.

Succomb BW 247/365
Succumb BW 247/365
Dark:  My fave image this week.  Fog is magical for photographers.
Fog is pretty depressing otherwise.

Inside and Out 244/365

Local:  This cafe/restaurant is a local favorite.  Almost always busy.

Happy Mother's Day to the moms in Bloggerland.  From here doesn't look like Tula and Princess P have planned anything special, but I guess their unconditional love is the best.

I am often grateful that there were no witnesses to my photographic efforts - it's not always pretty!

These are excellent.

Good thing you didn't trip over those tree roots at the beach while taking your low POV shot. Nice set - as always.

That first shot has me smiling. It turned out great. I can see why dark is your favorite shot this week. Its amazing..

Ha! Yes indeedy, those contortions we can achieve for the sake of a photo would put some yogis (and yoginis) to shame. If you asked me to be that flexible for any other reason, I'd be utterly unable. Anyway, the red accents on your sneaks really pop against that damp sand and misty background.

I love the lovely, woodland path! Beguiling and enchanting and looks very tranquil. And the lighting is lovely.

And again with the fantastic lighting - those tulips are beautiful! Other people's gardens are great in much the same way that other people's pools are, if you're invited to share them! :-)

I love fog's silence and mysteriousness - and yes, its photogenic qualities as well!

Happy Mother's Day to my fellow furbaby Mom! Hope you and your girls enjoy a wonderful day together!

What a beautiful series.
Fog, in my opinion, is magical. The peace & calm that tends to come with its mystical approach always mesmerize me. Love that shot.

Attention homeland security, there is a woman on the beach taking photos of her sneakers, you better x-ray them, those shoelaces might be a fuse of some sort.

I love tulips, but strangely enough, we have none in any of our gardens.

I seriously dig the foggy monochrome - way cool.

Your path through the woods looks so beautiful! I also love the tulips and your dark photo was the best I've seen for the hunt! Lovely.

Golden looks like a lovely place for a walk.
Bloom was very pretty and I loved the Dark shot with the fog.

I would have loved to see you on the beach taking those shots of your shoes. LOL! I don't know why I knew thought to just appreciate OPG's instead of fighting the garden battle every year.

Such a great selection of photos, Susan! I love your POV from the first photo - so gorgeous! And I also love taking photos of OPG flowers - this made me smile so much :-) Have a wonderful week!

Always love coming here to see how you have interpreted the scavenger prompts each week. My fave is your fave - fog is something we don't see very often in my part of the world - it really does add a sense of mysterious atmosphere to a shot, I had to smile at your love POV sneaker shots and imagining what you would have looked like to someone passing by. Also completely agree about the benefits of OPG - the only way to do it.

Cool photos, I like low level shots too. I LOVE your foggy black and white tree photo.

I'd love to see you taking your selfie shots, I'm sure people must wonder what you're up too. Love the low POV too. Fog always adds an element of mystery which is why I love it and your image.
